CHICKEN NOODLE GOOP 
4 lb. chicken (1 1/2 lb. boned)
2 qt. chicken broth
4 c. noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. pimento
1 1/2 c. olives, sliced
3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (Tillamook or Wisc, aged)

Simmer chicken in water until done. Cut in bite-size pieces. Cook noodles in broth and salt until tender. Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Add pimento and olives.

Combine all ingredients, add 1/2 cheese to mixture and place in casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mushrooms may be added.
