3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, butter, and milk until forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and beat in peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth, spread over cake while warm and let cool.
