PEANUT BUTTER COOKED ICING 
4 tbsp. flour (I use 4 very large tbsp.)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
about 1 c. peanut butter

Beat butter and Crisco.

Cook over medium heat until very thick, stirring constantly. Will be very thick, like paste. Put in refrigerator until cool.

Add sugar and beat well. Add flour mixture. Beat very well. Add peanut butter and beat well.
