TARRAGON POTATOES 
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 slices bacon
10 slices potatoes (med. size)

Fry bacon; remove, add potatoes and onion; fry until done, drain grease. Add vinegar and cover. Let cook 5 minutes more, add chopped bacon. Let steam 2 to 3 minutes.
