SKILLET POTATOES TARRAGON 
4 med. potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
2 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2-3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
3 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients. Dot with the butter in a medium skillet. Cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender. Stir gently occasionally. Makes 3-4 servings.
