TACO MEAT FILLING 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of cumin (optional)

Brown beef and onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Makes filling for 8 taco shells.
