GRANDMOTHER AB'S TURKEY LOAF 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 eggs, well beaten
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 loaf bread, toasted (sm.)

Moisten bread with enough broth to make consistency of dressing.

3 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. jar pimento
Mushroom soup for gravy

Cook chicken in well seasoned water. Bone. Mix ingredients and cook. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with mushroom soup as gravy.
