GRANDMOTHER'S MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
3 slices white bread
Milk
2 to 3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper

Soak bread and milk. Squeeze by hand until no lumps remain. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees in bread pan.
