GOULASH 
2 med. onions, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. mustard
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 c. cooked rice
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown onions and green pepper in skillet. Add ground beef; stir while cooking until done. Add cooked rice, mustard and tomato sauce. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
