BEEF BUCKAROO 
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk (use soup can)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)

Brown ground chuck and onion, drain. Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients and put into a 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Not fancy, but very good!
