BECKY'S PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. Lawrey's seasoned salt 1 (14 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese Using electric mixer, combine all ingredients in the order given. Form into one large or two small balls and roll into more chopped pecans. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. (Can be made ahead; freezes well.) |
