PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oatmeal

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients together, works best if mixed by hand, then put it out into an ungreased cookie pan. Make sure its as flat as possible. Bake for 25 minutes or less at 300 to 325 degrees. Shake chocolate chips out evenly across surface. Return to oven for a few minutes. Spread chips around with knife. Cool; cut into bars.
