CHINESE CHICKEN 
3 or 4 lbs. chicken parts
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce (to taste)
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Arrange chicken in pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Baste every 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
