I never thought I was a meatloaf person. My husband however loves it and I thought if I'm going to have to make it I might as well make one that sounds good. I tried this one out and will only make this recipe. It is delicious and I brag about it to everyone. It is seriously the best!

Best meatloaf I ever made! Made as directed, but put a layer of cheese, sprinkled with bits of cooked bacon in the middle. My kids went nuts over it! Thanks for the recipe.

Very good recipe, I followed as directed. I did use about a 1/2 cup of ritz crackers and some cheddar cheese to the mix.... Just adds a little character
