DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Cream butter and sugars, beating well. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks. Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. (Makes 4 dozen large cookies.)
