CHICKEN SKILLET 
4-6 boned, skinned chicken breasts
3 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 med. pepper, sliced
2 carrots, sliced thin
2 zucchini, sliced
Olive oil
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

Shake chicken with spices. Brown 5 minutes on each side in olive oil. Add vegetables, shaking with spices again. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken soup mixed with milk, pouring evenly over skillet. Cook 25-35 minutes more until done, turning occasionally. Serve with biscuits. 4-6 servings.
