SISTER REMI'S SKILLET CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 lbs. chicken parts 1 med. potato, sliced 2/3 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. cut green beans 2 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor soup 2/3 c. water In medium skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Add vegetables and instant cream of chicken soup mix blended with water. Simmer, covered 45 minutes or until thicken and vegetables are tender. Serves 2. |
