CHICKEN SKILLET 
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. oil
1 box scalloped or au grain potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. can mushrooms

Brown 1 cut up fryer in 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour off excess fat. Add potatoes and seasoning mix from package and 2 1/2 cups water. Cover; simmer 30 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 cup milk, 10 ounce package frozen peas and small can mushrooms. Cover; simmer 10-15 minutes longer, until tender. Makes 5-6 servings.
