BOURBON DOGS 
1-2 pkgs. hot dogs
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 cut up onion
3/4-1 c. bourbon

Cut up hot dogs into 1/2" slices. Pour ketchup, sugar, onions, hot dogs and bourbon in saucepan. Simmer until boiled. Continue to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve in a warm chafing dish with toothpicks.
