MICHAEL'S PRETZELS 
4 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. baking soda
Rock salt
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. oil

Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Place yeast and oil in bowl and let stand 15 minutes. Combine flour, brown sugar and water. After 15 minutes, mix water and oil mixtures together and let stand 15 minutes.

In a separate pot bring water and baking soda to a boil. Form pretzels and dip into baking soda mixture and then in salt. Bake for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Let stand.
