CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partially defrosted
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together 2 cups cheese, 1 pint sour cream, 1/2 cup onions, 1 can soup and only 1/2 stick of the butter. Add (partially defrosted) potatoes to mixture and mix well. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine corn flakes and 1/2 of butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
