LITTLE DEBBIE BARS 
1 box chocolate cake mix (reg. 2 layer size)
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour into 2 jellyroll pans. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.

FILLING: Blend flour, milk and salt. Heat until thickened. Cool thoroughly. Cream Crisco and sugar and butter. Beat at medium speed gradually adding cooled mixture and vanilla. Whip 7 to 8 minutes on high speed. Spread filling on one of pans of cake. Carefully put other pan of cake on top of that.

FROSTING: Heat milk, butter and sugar until it comes to a full boil. Boil 45 seconds. Add chocolate chips. Stir until of spreading consistency. Spread on bars.
