NO-EGG COCOA CAKE 
1 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cooking oil
Non-stick spray coating

Combine first 4 dry ingredients. Combine the liquids and stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Spray 8x8 or 9 inch round pan or line 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
