CHILI CON CASO 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. green peppers, chopped
1 pkg. Chilo-Mix
8 oz. salsa, thick & chunky
8 oz. sour cream
1 loaf Velveeta Mexican cheese, hot
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. water

Brown hamburger and drain. Add 1/3 cup water. Add onions, green peppers and chilo-mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add chunks of cheese until melted. Add salsa and sour cream. Serve with chips or tostitos.
