CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. lean ground beef, veal or turkey
1 diced onion
1 can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. red hot sauce
1 c. barbeque sauce
1 tbsp cider vinegar
4 tbsp. chili powder

Brown meat in a skillet. Add onions and kidney beans. Then add sauces, vinegar and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Lower flame; simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Serves 4-6.
