PINEAPPLE PARFAIT PIE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pie shell (baked)

Heat 1 cup of the drained pineapple juice. Dissolve lemon Jello in juice. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream. When well blended, add 1 cup of crushed pineapple. Pour this into a pie shell and refrigerate.
