PARFAIT PIE 
Bake 1 pie crust, and set it aside and let cool.

1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. strawberries
1 box strawberry Jello

Drain the juice from the strawberries, and put the berries in a bowl. Set to one side. Take the juice from the berries and put it in a pan. Be sure that you have one full cup of juice. If not, add enough water to make a full cup. Bring the juice to a boil. Remove from the stove, and add the Jello.

Be sure to mix it good, and then add the ice cream, and mix good again. Put this mixture in the refrigerator until it sets well. Then add the strawberries and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Put pie into the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
