PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
1 c. oil 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisins 1 c. nuts 2 c. zucchini, grated 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. crushed pineapple Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in pineapple, nuts, and raisins. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. hot milk 1 tbsp. butter Mix and add enough powdered sugar to make smooth frosting. |
