MEXICAN BEEF BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. mild taco sauce
14 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
1/4 c. onions
1 c. black olives, chopped
1 c. Monterey cheese, grated
1 c. tortilla chips
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. tomato

Brown beef, stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in taco sauce, chilies and salt. In a small bowl mix corn and onions. Layer 1/2 corn mixture, 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 olives and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layer. Bake covered 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Garnish with chips, sour cream and tomatoes.
