CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
1 box Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice with herbs (the kind that takes 25 minutes not instant)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 can cold water
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Sprinkle of curry powder
4 big chicken breasts with skin on
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Lightly grease medium sized casserole dish. Mix first 6 ingredients and place chicken on top (do not cook rice, stir in both packets uncooked). Sprinkle with onion soup mix; seal up foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not remove foil while baking. Serve from casserole dish. Easy and very elegant.
