CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 soup can white cooking wine
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Paprika

Arrange washed chicken in shallow dish so pieces don't overlap. Cover with drained mushrooms. Combine undiluted soup, wine and sour cream; stir until blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Sprinkle paprika over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cook rice to serve with gravy.
