LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon extract

Mix Jello with cake mix; add remaining ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in tube pan. Glaze with juice of 2 lemons and 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. Mix and pour over cake while it is still warm. Cool before removing from pan.
