1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
2 tbsp. paprika
Sour cream, optional

Mix together ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons paprika and grated onion, also salt and pepper. Form meat balls, roll in flour and then brown in little oil in fry pan. Put browned meatballs in large saucepan. Add water and bouillon cube. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add mushrooms with liquid. Heat through. Mix 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons paprika. Add a little of this at a time while liquid is boiling until all is thickened. Simmer 2 minutes. Serve over noodles. Sour cream may be added at end of cooking - heat, do not boil. Serves 5.
