CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lg. onion, finely grated
Chopped parsley
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Chopped nuts (enough to cover cheese ball)
Paprika to sprinkle over cheese ball

In large bowl, mix cream cheese (room temperature), Cheddar cheese, garlic salt, chili powder, onion and parsley. Shape into ball. Roll in finely chopped nuts and sprinkle generously with paprika. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator a day before using. Freezes well.
