1 lb. box colored spiral noodles
HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Italian (this is the secret)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
1/2 stick pepperoni, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese, diced

Mix all ingredients; chill about 1 1/2 hours. Mix with dressing just before serving. (Also chill dressing.)
