OATMEAL "DIET" COOKIES | |
1 oz dry bread crumbs 1 oz. uncooked quick oatmeal 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder Brown sugar substitute equal to 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter Combine all ingredients with electric beater. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non- stick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 cookies. |
