SPANISH BULGUR 
1 c. cooked beans (pinto or kidney)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. raw bulgur
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash cayenne
Cooked beans
No. 2 can tomatoes

Saute oil, garlic, onion, pepper and bulgur together until golden and bulgur is coated with oil. Add remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is tender. Add more liquid if necessary.
