SOUTHWESTERN BEEF TACOS 
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 medium avocado
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
2/3 c. plus 1/2 c. prepared salsa
1/2 c. sour cream

Overnight marinade performs double duty, gently flavoring and tenderizing this lean cut of beef. It can be grilled to perfection in only minutes.
