SPINACH POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes, cooked
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook, drain and mash potatoes with butter. Mix all the other ingredients into potatoes except spinach. Fold spinach in last, save some of the cheese for the top. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
