"SPINACH POTATOES" 
8 to 10 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Salt
Pepper
Milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook and mash potatoes. Beat in milk, salt and pepper; make sure they are runny. Beat in cream cheese. Blend in spinach (drained of juice). Place in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese. Place in oven for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Do not cover!
