FINGER POTATOES | |
6 med. baking potatoes 1/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Slice each unpeeled potato into 8 wedges, lengthwise. Arrange in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until puffy and lightly brown, about 45 minutes. Toss with butter and cheese and serve hot. Serve 6-8. |
