1 pt. milk
4 tsp. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 beaten egg

Combine milk, butter, salt, and sour cream. Bring to boiling point. Add cornmeal, little at a time, with hand. When it is well blended, add the egg. Cook mixture in thick pan until it falls away from side. Enjoy with more sour cream.
