INDIAN RELISH 
12 lg. ripe tomatoes
12 lg. apples
9 med. onions
3 c. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. salt

Chop or grind tomatoes, apples, onions. Blend in remaining ingredients. Simmer until thick. Seal in sterilized jars. Yield: 10 (8 oz.) jars.
