VAL'S FISH CHOWDER | |
Frozen haddock In fry pan, saute fish and cut up onion in a little oil. In kettle boil diced potatoes until done. Drain. Leave a little water in bottom, add can of evaporated milk and some whole milk, 1/2 stick butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer for a while. You may add large can of creamed corn to add flavor and thicken it. |
