HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Chopped parsley, chives, or dill for garnish

About 40 minutes to prepare and serve.

In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion and garlic until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in ground beef, mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; cook, stirring often, until meat is browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in undiluted soup; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors. Stir in sour cream and heat; do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
