WON TON SOUP 
1 pkg. won ton skins

1 lb. ground pork

8 c. chicken broth

1/4 c. soy sauce

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms

2 pkg. (12) green onions, sliced diagonally

1 bunch bok choy sliced diagonally

1/2 tbsp. crushed red pepper

Make small balls out of the ground pork, put 1 in center of each wonton skin, fold skin over the ball diagonally seal the edges. You may have to wet the edges with water a bit. Fold the 2 outside corners together. Set aside. Cut veggies.

Bring chicken broth and soy sauce to a boil. Add filled won tons 1 at a time to boiling broth so boiling will continue. When all won tons have been added you may add veggies. Boil for 5-10 minutes or until veggies are done to your liking. Add crushed pepper last and stir in. Serves 10-12.
