CLASSIC HOME-STYLE LEMONADE 
3 lemons
3 cups filtered water
4-5 tbsp. caster (fine) sugar

1. Juice one lemon using an orange juicer. Pour juice through a sieve, extracting all pulp and seeds.

2. Juice the two other lemons, and with a slotted spoon (or something that will do the job), take out only the seeds.

3. Pour all lemon juice into the jug that you're using. You should have juice that has some pulp, but not alot. (If you want, sieve the juice of all the lemons if you don't like pulp. I think it's better with pulp.)

4. Add the 3 cups of water, stirring gently.

5. Pour in the sugar a tablespoon at a time, stirring slightly quickly. When all sugar is in, keep on stirring for half a minute, until dissolved.

6. Chill for at least an hour.
