EASY APPLE STRUDEL 
2 c. sifted flour
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 c. water
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
Light brown sugar
Cinnamon
3 med. size cooking apples

Cut butter into flour. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water; mix. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts. On lightly floured board, roll out one portion as for pie crust. Cover with one peeled and sliced apple for each strudel. Sprinkle with brown sugar (about 3 tablespoons per strudel) and cinnamon. Or use about 1 cup of canned filler. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Makes 3 strudels. (Keep remaining dough in refrigerator while making each strudel.)
