FRUIT DRESSING 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. honey
5 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 c. vegetable oil

Mix ingredients and add oil last. Serve over pear halves on lettuce. Fill with pineapple chunks, bananas, strawberries, etc. 8-10 servings.
