GROUND BEEF AND CREAM CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
10 refrigerator biscuits
1/4 c. ketchup

Brown beef and onion in skillet, stirring until evenly crumbly and brown. Drain off grease. Add cream cheese, soup, ketchup and salt. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Arrange 10 refrigerator biscuits on top, raise temperature to 400 degrees. Bake until biscuits are golden brown.
